By accessing this website or purchasing/using any of our offerings, you agree to these Terms.

1) Educational purpose; no professional advice

All content and offerings are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, financial, accounting, or other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

2) Eligibility and use of the website

You agree to use this website and any offerings only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.

3) Purchases, access, and delivery (digital products)

You will receive two (2) years of online access to each of your digital product purchases (i.e. digital books, checklists, etc.), unless otherwise indicated. After this period you will lose access to it/them, however you may print them at any time prior to this, for your personal use only.

Digital products (including downloadable PDFs) are delivered electronically (for example, via download and/or email). You are responsible for providing a current, accurate email address and maintaining the ability to access the product (internet access, compatible device/software, etc.). We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect contact information, spam filters, or factors outside our control.

4) Intellectual property; digital product license; no sharing

All content, materials, downloads, videos, text, graphics, logos, and other intellectual property (collectively, “Content”) are owned by the Company and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase or access a digital product, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, non-commercial use only. Our PDFs may include individualized watermarking and other tracking to help deter unauthorized distribution. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access without refund and may subject you to legal action.
